Tucker's Cookies Yummy chicken flavored dog cookies! |

1 Package of Active Dry Yeast 1 Cup Chicken Broth 2 Tblsp Molasses 1 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour 1 ½ Cups Wheat Flour 1 Cup Cracked Wheat ½ Cup Cornmeal ½ Cup Non-Fat Dry Milk 2 tsp Garlic Powder 2 tsp Salt 1 Egg 1 Tblsp Milk |
First, dissolve yeast in ½ cup of lukewarm water. Set aside. |
In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Mix well. Next, add the yeast/water mixture, molasses and the broth. Mix until dough is formed. On a floured surface |
knead dough adding more flour if mixture is sticky. Roll out dough on a floured surface. Using a cookie cutter cut out desired shapes. Place on un-greased cookie sheet. In a small bowl beat egg and milk together. Brush the mixture on each cookie and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn oven off and leave cookies in the oven overnight. |
Time-Saver note: If you wish, instead of using a cookie cutter, roll dough into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Using a fork flatten each cookie (see picture above). |
