Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cup wheat or white flour
1 Egg beaten (save a little to brush on cookies)
1 and 1/2 bananas - mashed
2 Tbsp Molasses
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
3 Tbsp Canola oil
2 Tbsp of cold water
Icing: 1/2 Cup of low-fat strawberry cream cheese
1/2 Cup of low-fat plain cream cheese
2 Tsp Canola oil
Directions: Mix all of the cookie ingredients together until a
dough forms. If dough is dry and a few drops of
water. Knead the dough for one to two minutes. On a
firm (floured surface) roll out dough to desired
thickness. Use Easter cookie cutters and cut out
desired shapes. Put cookies on well greased cookie
sheet and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 325 for
15 to 20 minutes or until cookies are firm.
Icing: Put creamcheese in bowl (each flavor in own bowl).
Add 1tsp of oil and mix WELL! I put a drop of green
food coloring in the plain cream cheese. This is
optional. Put icing in piping bag (you can purchase
these at any craft store) and decorate as you like!
