Ingredients: 4 Cups of Unbleached flour
1 Tsp Baking powder
1 Cup of Shredded chicken
1/3 Cup of Canola Oil
1 Tbs Honey
1 Cup Warm water
1/2 Cup Chopped spinach
Skim Milk to brush tops of cookies
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour and baking
powder in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Knead dough with your hands for two to five minutes to ensure all
ingredients are mixed well. Form dough into balls and place on
lightly greased cookie sheet. Press each ball with a fork to flatten.
Brush each cookie with a small amount of skim milk. Bake
cookie for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Store for up to
three days in an air-tight container. Freeze after three days.
