Roo's Gingerbread Cake
An easy to make holiday treat for your dog!

Ingredients:

1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 Tablespoon of Ground Ginger
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon 
1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil 
1/4 Cup of Honey
1 Egg
1/4 Cup of Molasses 
1/3 Cup of Water 
1/4 Cup of Wheat Flour 
​1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine the oil, honey, egg, molasses and water. Blend well. Next add the baking soda, baking powder, ginger and cinnamon. Once all of these ingredients are well blended, add the wheat flour. Pour the batter into a greased, 8 inch round cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
