Ingredients: 1 Cup of Unbleached Flour
1/2 Cup of Oat Flour
1 1/2 Cup of Instant Oats
2 Tsp of Baking Powder
2Tbsp of Margerine or Butter
2/3 Cup of Reduced Fat Milk
1/2 Cup of Almonds (chopped)
2Tbs of Honey
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine flour (both types), oats, & baking
powder. Mix well. Next add the milk, honey, eggs and butter.
Mix well. If dough is too sticky, continue to add small
amounts of unbleached flour until the dough is more
manageable. Finally, mix in the almonds. On a lightly
greased cookie sheet (I sprayed a small amount of PAM)
drop spoonfuls of dough two inches apart. Bake for 10 to 15
minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely and store in
an air-tight container.
