Ingredients: 1 Cup Quick cooking oats - (uncooked)
1 Cup Beef broth
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Vegetable oil
1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 Cup Wheat germ
3 Cups Whole wheat flour
Directions: Mix everything in a large bowl. Add more flour if
dough is not firm enough. Roll out the dough to 1/2
inch thickness. Cut with desired cookie cutter
(Bunny requested a rabbit shape for this particular
recipe). Place cuttouts on a lightly greased cookie
sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes.
Biscuits should be firm to the touch. Turn off oven
and leave biscuits in for 60 minutes or until hard.
After four or five days, store in an air-tight container.
